Title IX
"No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance."
- Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972
MCC is committed to providing an environment free from discrimination; including discrimination based on sex and gender. Our MCC Notice of Non-Discrimination highlights policy central to our values in creating and maintaining a campus culture where all feel safe and respected.
MCC prohibits domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking. The College takes reports of sexual misconduct seriously. We support one another and look out for one another as members of the MCC community. If you or anyone you know experience any of these types of violations there are many resources available both on and off campus. Please contact Shannon Glasgow, Title IX Coordinator, for further information and resources.
We encourage all members of our MCC community to participate in education and training opportunities throughout the year. Learn more about how you can Get Involved!!
